Our office for Cleartrip.Com is over in Mira Road East, specifically in the Sanghvi Empire building, room C-603. We’re right off Hyderi Chowk, which is a pretty loud and busy part of Thane. If you’ve ever been to Mira Road, you know how much energy there is on the streets with all the shops and people moving around. Up in our office, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people with headsets on. We spend our days looking at flight schedules, hotel lists, and trying to help people get where they need to go. It gets pretty hectic when there’s a holiday coming up or if a flight gets cancelled and everyone calls at once. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some posters on the walls, a few dusty plants, and a small area where we eat our lunch. It’s not like those fancy tech offices you see in movies; it’s a real working space with stained coffee mugs and piles of notebooks. We’ve been at this Sanghvi Empire spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Most of us take the local train or a rickshaw to get here, so we’re always talking about the commute. We don’t really use big words to describe what we do. We just sit at our desks, click through screens, and try to make travel a bit less of a headache for everyone else.
