We are situated in the Fort area, which is one of the older parts of Mumbai. Our office for CLASSICHOMES DEVELOPERS AND FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED is at 17G Vardhaman Chamber on Cawasji Patel Road. We’re up on the fourth floor, specifically in the 176-412 section. Being near Horniman Circle is nice because of the history around here, though the buildings are quite old and the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up. The office has that old-school feel with high ceilings and thick walls. We deal with both development and farm properties, so our files are a mix of city maps and rural land documents. It gets quite noisy outside with all the traffic and people walking through Fort, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some property notices. Most days are spent going through the paperwork that piles up on the fourth floor. Horniman Circle is a great landmark, so people usually don't have trouble finding the general area, even if the building itself is a bit tucked away. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a practical location for being in the middle of the city's business district. We just keep our heads down and get through the lists of things that need doing. It’s a lot of work but someone has to do it.
