We’ve been running things at the Signature building on Unitec Road for a good while now. Being a part of the Landmark Group gives us some backing, but here in Virar West, we’re just a regular crew doing our jobs. The Tirupati Nagar area is always moving and we just try to keep up with the daily flow. It isn’t always the most exciting work, just making sure everything is ready for people who need a place to stay. Some days the traffic coming from Thane is really something else, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle the hotel side of the business under the Citymax name. Most of our staff live pretty close by, so we know the local streets well. It’s not some huge corporate tower, just a solid building where we get our tasks done every day. You can find us right near the main road. We don’t really do big meetings or have posters about what we do. We just focus on the small details that make the place work. If you are around Virar, you probably know the sign. We’ve seen the whole neighborhood change as more buildings come up. We like to keep things simple. It is about having a space that works for the guests and the team. Nothing too fancy, just a local business trying to do its part for the people who visit from around Maharashtra and beyond.
