City Home

City Home is located in Building Number 250/A, in the Pitalwala B section of Bandra West. We are on Mogra Lane, which is right near the local fish market. If you have been to the market, you know it gets very crowded and smells quite strong in the mornings. That is just part of living in this part of Bandra. Our building is a bit tucked away, so you have to look closely for the entrance. It is a real residential neighborhood feel here. We have a small office where we handle our daily business. It isn't a fancy corporate space with glass walls. Instead, it is more like a regular room with some desks and a lot of papers. We spend our time managing the property and dealing with whatever issues come up for the residents. Bandra is a busy place, and Mogra Lane is no exception. There are always delivery bikes and people walking by. We don't use any big slogans or try to sell anything. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the internet goes out or the rain leaks through a window, and we just have to fix it. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We know the people in the building and the vendors at the market. It feels like we are part of the local fabric here. We have been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving.
