We’re located at Nariman Point, in the Jolly Maker Chambers II building. It’s one of those older spots that’s seen a lot of history. Our office is number 128. It’s a bit of a walk through the corridors to get to us, but we’ve been here long enough that we could do it blindfolded. At Citoc Properties Llp, we spend most of our time looking at property details and managing the day-to-day stuff that comes with this business. The view outside isn't what people imagine when they hear Nariman Point, mostly just other buildings and the street below, but it’s a good place to work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s just chairs, tables, and the sound of people typing or talking on their mobiles. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, and other times it’s just right. We usually have lunch at our desks or grab something quick from the vendors nearby. The hallways in Jolly Maker Chambers II have that old-school marble that's seen thousands of feet walk over it. It feels a bit like stepping back in time compared to the newer glass towers nearby. We have a small filing cabinet that's seen better days, but it still holds all the important documents we need for the daily grind. We don’t try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We just handle the property files and the paperwork.
