Cinemaya Media Group

Cinemaya Media Group is based out of Mumbai, and honestly, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a media office in this city. We’ve got people coming in at all hours, usually clutching a cup of tea or some coffee because the traffic was a mess getting here. It’s not a fancy glass skyscraper setup, just a practical space where we get the work done. The office has piles of papers and hard drives everywhere, which probably looks messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Most days are spent on the phone or staring at screens, trying to coordinate things. Mumbai is a loud place, so there’s always that background noise of horns and people shouting outside, but you get used to it after a while. Sometimes it feels like we’re just keeping our heads above water with the deadlines, but that’s just how the media business goes. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just show up, do the work for our clients, and then head home through the evening rush. There’s a certain rhythm to it that works for us. It’s not always pretty, and the air conditioning acts up sometimes, but it’s home for the workday. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and while the city changes around us, our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s just us doing our thing in the middle of all the Mumbai chaos.
