Our office is located in the A Wing on the 8th floor of Reliable Tech Park. If you know the area, it's Gut 31 along the Thane Belapur Road in Airoli. We are tucked right behind Reliable Plaza. It’s a big building, so it took us a bit to get settled when we first moved into Navi Mumbai. Working at Chromozome Network Pvt Ltd means we spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through different tech and network issues. The view from the 8th floor is actually okay, though we don't spend much time looking out the window. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too crazy or over the top. We just need the space to get the job done and stay connected. The commute for some of us involves the usual Thane Belapur traffic, which is never fun, but being in a tech park makes things convenient for the type of work we handle. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the time, it's quiet enough to focus, but things can get hectic when a deadline is approaching. We don’t really go for those flashy mission statements you see on big company websites. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It’s a decent place to work from, and being in Airoli puts us near a lot of other businesses. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know our names.
