We’ve been based out of the third floor here at Poddar Chambers for a while now. It’s a busy spot right near Horniman Circle in Fort. You know how it is in this part of Mumbai, always something going on outside on S A Brelvi Road. We spend most of our days dealing with various build projects and keeping track of paperwork in this old office. It’s not the fanciest place, but it works for us. Most of the guys are usually out on-site, so the office stays pretty quiet until the afternoon when everyone starts heading back in. We handle a lot of the technical side of building things here. It's just a small team of us making sure everything stays on track. The location is actually quite handy because we are right in the middle of everything in the city. Getting materials or meeting people isn't too hard from here, though traffic can be a nightmare some days. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. We’ve stayed at Plot 109 for years, and the building has some real character to it. If you ever walk past Horniman Circle, you’ve probably seen the area. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. It’s basic, honest work in a part of town that has seen a lot of history.
