Choco Tree

Choco Tree is a bit different because we are located in Borivali West, but inside Flat No 63 on the 6th Floor of Prabhu. It is not like a regular shop on the street where people just walk in. You have to take the elevator up to the 6th floor. It is much quieter up here than down on the busy roads of Borivali West. Because Choco Tree is in a flat, it feels more like a home kitchen than a business. I spend my days working on the chocolate, and the whole place smells like cocoa. The Prabhu building is a residential one, so we have to be careful about not making too much noise with the machines. I have the work area set up near the window so I can see quite far over the neighborhood while I work. It’s a different view of Borivali West from up here. Sometimes the deliveries arrive and the boxes take up half the living room area. I try to stay organized, but it’s hard when you are working out of a flat. People usually call before they come to pick up their orders from Choco Tree. I make sure everything is packed carefully in boxes so nothing melts or breaks. It’s a small operation, just me and occasionally someone to help with the packing. It’s a peaceful way to work, away from the dust and the crowds.
