Choco Crafters

Choco Crafters is our little shop over at 128 Dandia Bazar Cross Road in Chembur. We chose this spot because Chembur is where we grew up and we really wanted to stay local. Dandia Bazar is a place with a lot of history and energy. Our building is nothing special to look at from the outside, but inside we are always busy working. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. It’s just a few of us making things. The cross road can get a bit congested during the evenings when people come home, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like we are truly part of the neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen many other shops come and go. We hope to stay here at number 128 for much longer. It’s a practical setup with everything we need within reach. We handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes we are working late into the night if there's a lot to do before the next morning. My brother handles the front and I stay in the back doing the manual work. It works for us. We don't use high-end machinery, mostly just basic tools and our own hands. That’s why we picked the name Choco Crafters. It’s about the actual work, not the image. If you’re ever walking near Dandia Bazar, you’ll probably see our small sign hanging there by the door.
