Chitale Bandhu Distributor

Being a distributor for Chitale Bandhu over here in Andheri West keeps us on our toes. We are located at Plot No 603, Nirmaan Cottage,Y. It’s more of a warehouse and office setup than a shop where you’d come to browse. Most of our day is spent unloading big trucks that come in from Pune and then sorting everything out for the local shops. The boxes are heavy and the weather in Andheri is usually humid, so we get pretty tired by the end of the shift. Nirmaan Cottage is a bit away from the main road, which is good because it gives us some space for the vans to park. We have stacks of snacks and sweets piled high. My job is mostly making sure the counts are right and the drivers know where they are going. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, nothing very glamorous. Sometimes the traffic in Andheri is so bad that our deliveries get delayed by hours, and we just have to sit and wait. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a functional space with a few fans and a lot of cardboard boxes. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we have a routine. It’s a lot of physical work, but it feels good to see the stock moving out to the retailers every day. It is just simple distribution work in a very busy city.
