Chimanlals Private Limited

We are located in the Taj Building on D. N. Road, which is right in the heart of the Fort area. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded it gets around here with all the heritage buildings and the people rushing to catch trains. Chimanlals has been around for a good while now. We mostly handle paper products and everything that goes with that. It is a bit of an old-fashioned space, but it works for us. The office has high ceilings like many of these old colonial buildings do. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like, especially on hot days. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other takes their tea. It isn't a fancy corporate setup where everything is shiny and new. We have stacks of paper everywhere and the sound of the traffic from the road outside is always there in the background. It is just how things are at our spot in Fort. We open up in the morning, get through the orders, and try to get everything out the door before the evening rush starts. There isn't much to say other than we just keep doing what we do. People come in looking for specific kinds of handmade paper or envelopes and we help them find what they need in the piles. It is a steady life.
