Chetan Tours & Travels

Our shop is at 27 Mulund West. We’re very close to the Jai Jalaram Farsan Shop, which is a good landmark because everyone knows it. We spend our days planning trips and booking tickets for people in the area. Chetan Tours & Travels has been a part of this street for a long time. It’s a small place, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for customers. We aren't a big online booking site. We like talking to people face-to-face. You can hear the sounds of the market right outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but that’s Mulund for you. We don't use a lot of fancy travel lingo. We just find out where you want to go and try to make it happen. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know we’re honest and don't try to sell them stuff they don't need. It’s a basic operation. We keep track of everything in our ledgers and on the computer. It’s a steady life. We enjoy hearing about people's vacations when they come back. It makes the long hours in the office feel worth it. We aren't flashy, just a regular travel spot where people can get their tickets sorted without any drama or high-pressure sales tactics. We just keep the door open and wait for the next traveler.
