We've been at Plot No 514 on 12th Road for a while now. Chembur is where we handle the day-to-day stuff for Gemini Flora Developers. It's just a bungalow office, nothing too fancy. Most days, we’re just looking over site plans or talking to folks who stop by. We deal with building projects, mostly local things around here. If you know the Bungalo area, you probably passed by us. We aren't a huge team. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure things move along. Sometimes the phones are busy, other times it's quiet. We spend a lot of time on 12th Road because that's where the work gets done. There isn't much to say other than we try to keep our projects on track. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our desk here. People ask what we do, and it's basically just putting buildings together. We handle the paperwork and the site visits from this spot. It gets a bit dusty when there's construction nearby, but that's part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just doing the work that comes our way at Gemini Flora Developers. If you’re walking near the plot, you’ll see our gate. We don't have a big reception area, just a place to sit and talk about property. It’s a straightforward business really. No big secrets to it. We just keep our heads down and work.
