Chavan Travels

Chavan Travels is run out of Chavan House. We are in Room No 3 in the Govin area of Andheri West. It’s a small, family-style setup. We have been in this room for a long time. It’s more of a home-office than a big travel agency you might see in a mall. We handle car rentals and travel bookings for people around Andheri. Since we are in Andheri West, there is always a lot of demand for moving around the city. We have our regulars who have been using us for years. My family lives nearby, so it’s easy for us to keep the office open for long hours. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just our phone number and this little room. You can find us by looking for Chavan House; it’s a well-known spot in this part of Govin. We spend our day coordinating with drivers and making sure the cars are ready. It’s hard work and the phone never stops ringing. We try to keep things organized with a diary and a wall calendar. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. We like being part of the local neighborhood. Most of our clients are our neighbors or people we’ve known for a long time. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when the weather is nice. We have a small ceiling fan that keeps the room cool enough. It’s a simple way to work and we are happy with it. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
