If you are looking for Chaurasia Travels, we are in Room Number 11 of BMC Block Number 10 in Sion. It’s very close to the Cine Planet Theatre, so it’s easy to find if you know that landmark. Our office is small, just a single room where we manage all our travel work. We’ve been here in this BMC block for quite some time. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all day long. We mostly focus on helping people get their bus tickets or arranging for private vans for family trips. There are always a few people hanging around the doorway asking about departure times or luggage space. We have a big desk where all the ledgers stay, and the walls have a few maps pinned up that have seen better days. It gets a bit hot in the afternoon, so we keep the door open to get a breeze from the hallway. Being near the theatre means there is always noise and traffic, but we don’t really notice it anymore. We know most of the drivers who come through here. We don’t do big corporate accounts or anything like that. We just help the families and individuals in Sion who need to get somewhere else. It is straightforward work and we try to keep things as simple as possible for everyone who walks through our door every day.
