It’s a pretty easy landmark to spot if you are in the neighborhood. The office is where we handle all the property matters and paperwork that comes with real estate. It’s a lot of files, maps, and phone calls throughout the day. Borivali East is a lively place to work, and being near the hall means there is always something going on outside our windows. We are a small team and we don't really have a corporate vibe going on. We just sit around the desks, drink tea, and talk about the local market and what houses are available. It’s a very local business, and we know most of the streets around Ashokvan like the back of our hand. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a high-tech showroom. We just show people what’s available and help them with the documents. Sometimes the street gets blocked when there is an event at the Samaj Hall, but we’ve learned to plan around that. It is just a regular office where we work hard to keep track of all the listings. We like being in this part of town because the people are friendly and it feels like a real community.
