Chandan Founders & Engineers

Chandan Founders & Engineers is located at 8 Crescent Industrial Estate in Kanjurmarg East. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity, noise, and dust around. We’ve got a workshop where we do all the heavy lifting. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes that get dirty pretty quickly. We deal with castings and engineering bits that require a lot of heat and sweat. The workspace is filled with molds, sand, and metal scraps. It might look a bit disorganized to someone from the outside, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. If a customer wants to see what we do, they just come onto the shop floor. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of old files. We’ve been in Kanjurmarg for quite a while now. The trains passing by are a constant sound in the background. We just get on with the day’s production. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend half the day fixing it, but that's just part of the job. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of life here, and we’re okay with that. We don't spend money on ads or flyers. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years in the trade.
