Chanchal Tours Travels

We’ve been running Chanchal Tours Travels out of our spot in M H B Colony for quite some time now. You can find us at building 605 in Dindoshi Nag, which is right there in Malad East. It’s a busy area, especially with Oberoi Mall being so close by. Most days, we are just here handling bookings and answering phones. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it. We started this because we knew people around here needed a reliable way to get around or book a trip without too much fuss. It isn't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular place where we keep our registers and talk to neighbors who want to travel. Sometimes people just drop in because they’re walking back from the mall and want to ask about train tickets or car rentals. We do a lot of that. Malad East has changed a lot since we opened up, but the colony stays pretty much the same. We try to keep things simple for everyone. If someone needs a vehicle for a wedding or just a quick trip out of the city, they know where to find us. It’s just how things work in this part of town. We don't spend much on big signs or anything. People just know the name from word of mouth mostly. We keep our doors open and wait for the next person to walk in. We keep a pot of tea going and just take the day as it comes. It's home to us.
