Cfci India Ltd is located in the B.I.T Block 6/58 on Gell Street in Agripada. Mumbai-11 is a very old part of the city, and our building definitely shows its age. The stairs are worn down and the walls have that old-school feel. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’ve seen Agripada change quite a bit over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s filled with old files, some metal cupboards, and desks that have been here since we started. We do our work here, mostly focusing on the logistics and the boring side of business that people don't really see. It gets noisy with the traffic from Gell Street coming through the windows, but you get used to it after a week. We don't have a coffee machine or a fancy break room. We usually just send someone out to get tea from the stall at the corner. It’s a very practical way to work. There are no big speeches or grand ideas here. We just show up, do the filing, talk to the people we need to talk to, and then go home. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. It’s just a standard Mumbai office in an old block.
