Celebrations Fine Confections

Our place is tucked away in the Adhyaru Industrial Estate inside Sun Mill Compound 3 at Lower Parel. It is an old industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity with trucks and people moving boxes around. We spend our days back here working with sugar and chocolate. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially in the afternoons. The floor is usually covered in a bit of flour or sugar by the end of the shift. We are not a big factory or anything, just a small crew trying to get all the orders out on time. The building is a bit older, so you have to know where you are going to find us. We do not have big signs or anything flashy outside. Most people who come here are looking for something specific for a party or a gift. We just focus on the baking part and making sure everything is packed right so it does not break. It is a lot of manual work, lifting heavy bags and watching the ovens. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to fix them ourselves. It is not a glamorous job, but we like the smell of the place. We have been in this compound for a while now. It is a gritty part of the city, but it is where we do our work. We just keep our heads down and finish the batches as they come.
