We have been sitting here in Kandivali West for quite some time now, right on Bhav Kale’s Lane at number 101. It’s a busy spot and people often just drop in while they are out doing their shopping or running errands nearby. Running Celebration India Holiday Pvt Ltd isn't always easy, mostly because there's so much paperwork and things to organize for everyone’s trips. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to find decent hotel rooms or train seats that aren't already booked up. It gets pretty loud in the office sometimes when the fans are going and everyone is talking at once. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that, just a few chairs and some old maps on the walls that probably need replacing. Most of the folks who come to us are just locals from the neighborhood who want to go see family or take a short break somewhere quiet. We handle the bookings and the tickets so they don't have to deal with the websites themselves, which can be a real headache. The lane outside is always crowded with scooters and delivery vans, but once you step inside, it’s just us trying to get the work done. We try to keep things straightforward and tell people what's actually available instead of making big promises. It’s just a regular local business and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of this part of Mumbai.
