Cedar Management Consulting

Cedar Management Consulting is based in Sion, Mumbai. Our office is inside Shankar Sadan CHS Ltd, which is on Tamil Sangham Hall Road. It is right opposite Matalakshmi Hospital, so it is a landmark that everyone in the neighborhood knows. Mumbai is a fast city, and Sion is always bustling with people heading to the hospital or the nearby shops. We do management consulting, which basically means we help other businesses figure out their problems. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of people. We are a smaller group working out of this apartment-style office building. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have piles of papers and coffee mugs everywhere. The road outside is usually noisy with traffic and people walking by, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We chose this spot because it is central and easy for us to get to. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. We just have what we need to get the work done. Our days are filled with meetings and looking at data, trying to make sense of things for our clients. It is steady work, and we take it one day at a time. We have been in Mumbai for a long time, and we know how the local business scene works. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
