Cbre Call Centre

Our call centre is located on the second floor of the Kainath Apartment in Virar East. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Paranjpe Scheme on Chandansar Road. It is a pretty standard setup for a workplace in this part of town. We have a row of desks and everyone has their own headset. It gets quite noisy during the peak hours when everyone is talking to customers at the same time. The building itself is just a regular apartment block that has some commercial spaces on the lower floors. We have a small area where we can sit and eat our lunch or have a quick tea break. The commute to Virar can be a bit of a struggle for those living further away, but it's a good spot for the locals. We don't have any flashy signs or fancy decor inside. Just the equipment we need to do our jobs. Most of us are from around here, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks nearby. We spend eight hours a day answering queries and helping people out over the phone. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience, and we try to keep a good mood in the office. We don’t have any grand mission; we just make sure the calls are answered and the issues are sorted out before we go home.
