We've been at Makhija Chambers on Turner Road for a while now. Bandra West is a busy place and things move fast here. We mostly just keep track of what's available and talk to people looking for a place. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out spots. We don't have a fancy office setup with coffee machines and all that. It's mostly just desks, phones, and maps of the neighborhood. People stop by when they’re passing through Turner Road to ask about prices or if a specific building has an opening. We try to be helpful. Sometimes it's quiet, other times everyone wants something at once. We know the streets around here pretty well because we live and work in the same area. It’s not a big corporate operation. Just a few of us trying to get things done. Dealing with property in Mumbai is always a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, but we handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency on the block. We just like doing right by the neighbors and the folks moving in. If you see us at Makhija Chambers, you can just pop in. We usually have someone around during normal hours. It’s straightforward work. We listen to what you need, show you what we have, and see if it fits. No big sales pitches here.
