Carnival Cruise Lines

You can find us, Carnival Cruise Lines, at Flat No. 208 in Sector 42 of Navi Mumbai. It might seem a bit strange for a cruise line office to be in a flat, but it works for what we need to do here. We aren't the actual ship, obviously. This is where we handle some of the regional paperwork and coordination for things happening in this part of India. The office is in a residential-style building, so it has a very homey feel to it. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s just a door with our name on it. Navi Mumbai is a bit quieter than the main city, which we appreciate. The air is a little clearer out here in Sector 42. Most days are spent on the phone talking to people about maritime schedules or staff logistics. It’s a lot of coordination. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of binders full of regulations. It’s not a glamorous life like you see in the cruise brochures. It’s mostly just office work and making sure the numbers add up. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weather while we wait for files to download. It’s a small group of us working here. We like the local quietness of the area. If you’re looking for us, we are on the second floor. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people doing a job.
