Carnival Cruise Lines

Our office is based in Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Kharghar area. We are located in the Hari Om Heritage building, in room C/202. Sector 21 is a developing part of town, so there is always some construction noise nearby. We work on things for Carnival Cruise Lines from this spot. It’s on Plot No-8. The office feels like a regular apartment because that’s basically what it is. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air when the paperwork gets too much. There are maps of the ocean on the walls, but they are a bit faded from the sun. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the docks and the head offices. It’s a lot of coordination. Kharghar is a bit far from the main city hub, but we like it here. The roads are wider, though the traffic still gets bad in the evenings. We have a small fridge for our water and lunch. The chairs are mismatched because we just bought what was available at the time. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door. It’s a quiet way to run a business. We deal with a lot of forms and passport copies. Sometimes the printer jams, which is a real pain, but we manage. It’s a straightforward life here at the office. We just focus on the cruise schedules every day.
