Carnival Cruise Line

Carnival Cruise Line has an office here in Mumbai, over at 402 Gokul Paradise. It’s in Maharashtra, 400 101. Even though the name sounds big, our local office feels quite personal. It is just a regular suite in a building called Gokul Paradise. We aren't on a ship; we are just in a typical Mumbai office space. The walls are a plain color, and we have the usual office furniture. There are stacks of paper and people talking on phones most of the time. It can get a bit hectic, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have a big view of the ocean from our windows, just the local streets and other buildings. The commute can be a bit of a hassle depending on the traffic in Mumbai. Most of us are used to it by now. We spend our hours coordinating things and making sure everything is tracked correctly. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. Sometimes we order food in when we are too busy to go out. The building itself is easy enough to find once you are in the right neighborhood. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and head back home. It’s a straightforward setup. We're just a group of people working together in this corner of Maharashtra. Some days are longer than others, but we just keep at it until the work is finished for the evening.
