Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Our office is located over in Parel Village, specifically at 36/A Saraswati Niwas on Bhagwant Rao Parelkar Road. Parel still has that old Mumbai feel to it, even with all the new glass towers going up in the surrounding areas. We spend our days here at the desk handling travel arrangements for all sorts of people. It involves a lot of looking at schedules and booking tickets on the computer. Some days the phones just do not stop ringing. We help with flights, hotels, and all the little details that go into a trip. Travel can be messy sometimes with delays or last-minute changes, so we spend a lot of time trying to fix things when they go wrong. It is a lived-in office, not one of those polished corporate buildings you see downtown. We know the local shops and the chai stall nearby pretty well by now. People come to us when they need to go somewhere for work or family matters. We just try to get the bookings right so there are not any big headaches for them later on. It is mostly just us sitting here working through the lists and making sure the dates line up correctly. Parel is a busy spot, and getting here through the narrow roads can be a bit of a task depending on the time of day. But we have been here long enough that it feels like home to us.
