We are located in building B, flat 802 of Lakshchandi Apartments. This is in Gokuldham, Goregaon East, Mumbai. We go by the name Candid Marketing. We are actually part of the IMS Group from the UK, but our daily life here is very much rooted in Mumbai. Gokuldham is a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being right on the Western Express Highway. We work out of an apartment because it makes sense for a small team. We don't have a big corporate lobby or fancy coffee machines. We just have our desks, our laptops, and each other. Most of our work involves marketing tasks that we coordinate with the bigger group. It’s a pretty relaxed environment. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. Usually, we are just busy on our computers. Sometimes we have lunch together in the kitchen area. Being in Goregaon is handy because most of us live in the suburbs. The building is well-maintained, and the security guards know us by now. We don't spend money on big advertising for ourselves. We just focus on the projects we are given by the UK office. It’s a straightforward setup that works well for us. There’s no need for anything more complicated. We are just a group of marketing people in a flat, trying to stay on top of our deadlines every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
