Our office is over in Vikhroli West, specifically in Room 31 at Ganesh Nagar. It’s a tight-knit area near the Ambedkar School in Parkside. If you are from Mumbai, you know how these neighborhoods are—busy and full of life. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while now. Aviation is our field, though from this room, it's mostly about the paperwork and the ground logistics. We don't have planes parked outside, obviously. It’s just where the planning happens. The school nearby means there’s always noise from kids playing or bells ringing, which keeps the atmosphere lively. We aren't a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. We’re just a small group of people working out of a room in Ganesh Nagar. It gets a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but we make it work. Most of us take the local train or a bus to get here. We deal with the daily grind of the aviation industry, making sure the schedules and the staff details are all in order. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get hectic, especially during peak travel seasons, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of the city. We keep a small stove for tea and usually have some biscuits around for when we get hungry in the afternoons. The lights flicker a bit sometimes but we just get on with things.
