You can find us over at Anna Bhuvan on Devji Ratansi Marg. We are on the second floor of plot 87C. This area around Dana Bunder in Chinchbunder is always humming with activity, mostly because of all the transport and trade going on near the docks. CADCONS INFRASTRUCTURE LLP has been operating out of this spot for some time now. The building is one of those older Mumbai structures, so it has a bit of character, even if the stairs can be a climb. Our daily routine involves a lot of phone calls to sites and trying to figure out where the equipment needs to go next. Infrastructure work is basically just a lot of logistics and making sure the concrete shows up when it is supposed to. We have a few desks and a table where we spread out the large drawings for whatever project is current. It gets a bit dusty with all the trucks passing by outside, but that is just the neighborhood. We are not the type to put on a show or use big words to describe what we do. We just focus on the actual physical work of building things. The team is small, and we have all known each other for years. It is a practical way to run a business. We stay busy enough without needing to be flashy about it. Most of the time, we are just happy when a job stays on schedule and the inspections pass.
