Our office is located on the second floor of Anna Bhuvan, which is Plot 87C on Devji Ratansi Marg. It’s right in the Dana Bunder and Chinchbunder area of Mumbai. If you’ve ever been down there, you know it’s one of those parts of the city that never really stops. It’s near the docks and the old markets, so it’s always loud and crowded with people moving goods. We’ve been in this building for some time. It’s an older place with a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb. We deal with infrastructure and CAD work, so our desks are usually covered in large printed plans and sketches. It’s not a shiny, modern corporate office. We have old fans, wooden desks, and files stacked up in the corners. Most of our day is spent staring at screens or talking to people about technical specs. We’re right in the heart of the action, which makes getting around the city easier, even with the narrow streets and heavy trucks. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we manage. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just a group of professionals working in a very busy part of Mumbai, trying to keep our projects moving forward. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like the energy of the area. It feels real.
