C J Travels

Our office is in the P K Building on Sonatouriam Lane in Ghatkopar West. It is very close to the Ghatkopar Station, so we hear the announcements and the trains all day long. C J Travels is a small place where people come in to figure out their trips. We have some old posters on the walls and plenty of calendars. It is mostly just us sitting at the desks, looking at screens and trying to find the best routes. Being near the station means we get a lot of people just walking in to ask questions. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the small office, especially during the holiday seasons. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or bus operators. It is a lot of typing and checking dates. We do not have a big corporate lobby, just a couple of chairs for people to wait. We try to keep things simple and honest. Ghatkopar is a busy neighborhood, and Sonatouriam Lane has its own rhythm. We know the regular commuters and the shopkeepers nearby. It is a lot of work to keep everything organized, but we have a system that works. We do not use fancy talk; we just tell people what is available and what it costs. It is a straightforward business in a very busy part of the city. We have been here for years, watching the station change while we keep doing our thing.
