Bussa Overseas & Properties Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Arun Chambers. We are on the 80 Tardeo Road. It is a well-known building in this part of town. Our office is suite 332. It's not a very big space, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with property documents. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, so we end up waiting around a lot. We deal with overseas stuff and local properties too. It’s a mix. Most of the people working here have been around for a few years. We know the Tardeo area pretty well. It’s always crowded outside with people going to the markets or the station. Inside the office, it is mostly piles of files and a few computers. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will talk to you. We try to be helpful when people ask about property prices or how to move things abroad. It’s just regular work, nothing too exciting. We don't do big launches or parties. We just focus on the deals and the paperwork. Most of our clients are regulars. They know where to find us in Arun Chambers. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We just keep doing what we've been doing. There’s an old stationery shop downstairs we use all the time. The building has that old Mumbai smell of dust and paper. Anyway, that’s who we are.
