You can find Burhani Tours & Travels over in Goregaon East. We have a small shop, number 20, inside the Narula Building. It's not a huge travel agency with dozens of desks. It’s just a few of us here handling bookings and paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. The office is tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main street outside. We've been in this building for a while now. Most people who come in are locals from Goregaon who need help with their trips. We handle various travel bits and pieces, nothing too complicated. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes slow, but we manage. We don't use any big slogans. It’s just a place where we help people get from one place to another. We have a couple of desks, some old maps on the wall, and plenty of folders. It’s a practical space. We like being in the Narula Building because everyone knows where it is. If you're walking past shop number 20, you'll probably see us inside. We don't have a fancy website with bells and whistles. We just prefer talking to people directly. It's simpler that way and keeps things clear. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but our little corner remains pretty much the same.
