Bullet International Ice Cream

Bullet International Ice Cream is in Vikhroli East, specifically in Sagneeti Nagar Building No 54, Kandamwar Naga. It’s situated right inside a residential area, which makes it feel different from a high-street shop. We spend our days mostly in a small room filled with deep freezers. The hum of the cooling units is the background noise of our lives every single day. We have to be very careful about the stock because Vikhroli can have some unpredictable power issues from time to time. We moved into Building No 54 because it was a convenient spot for the families living in Sagneeti Nagar. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy plans. We just want to make sure the freezers stay cold and the flavors are in stock when people want them. The kids from Kandamwar Naga usually come by in groups after school or in the evening when it is cooler. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors who stop by for a minute. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have some posters on the wall and a simple light fixture that hums. We don't bother with expensive advertising. Word of mouth around the building is enough for us. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the busy hours after dinner. We do our own cleaning and our own accounts. It’s a small, independent operation. We stay open until late, then lock up and walk home to rest.
