Builtron Machines Private Limited

Builtron Machines Private Limited is based out of F-104 in the MIDC Ambad industrial area. This is a place where things are actually made, so the whole neighborhood is full of the sounds of welding, grinding, and heavy trucks moving around. Our unit is a practical space designed for dealing with machinery, so it has high ceilings and a lot of concrete floor space. We don't have any fancy showroom or a reception desk with flowers; it’s more about the lathes, the tools, and the raw materials we use every day. The morning usually starts with the sound of the shutters rolling up and the smell of industrial oil as we get the machines warmed up. MIDC Ambad is a large place, and it can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been at F-104 long enough that most of the local transporters know exactly where to pull in. We spend a lot of our time on the shop floor rather than sitting behind desks because there is always something that needs to be checked or adjusted. It’s hard work and it gets quite hot under the tin roof during the summer, but that’s just the nature of manufacturing. We focus on getting the machines built right and making sure the orders are ready when the trucks arrive. It is a straightforward way to make a living, surrounded by metal and grease every day.
