Buildglobe Infrastructure Private Limited is located down in Colaba, Mumbai. Our office is at the SP Centre on Minoo Desai Marg. It’s a classic part of the city, right near the old buildings and the sea. Being in 41/44 Minoo Desai Marg means we are right in the thick of things. The streets are narrow and parking is a nightmare, but we like the history of the area. We handle infrastructure projects, so we are often dealing with a lot of complex logistics. It’s not always easy working in such a busy part of town. Our office is a mix of old desks and newer computers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek corporate look. We just need a place to coordinate our teams and manage the various sites we have across the region. There is a lot of back and forth with contractors and government offices. It can be quite exhausting some days. We don't have a big philosophy or anything. We just take on projects and try to get them finished. You can hear the city noise all day from our windows. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just how Colaba is. We have been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a good base for what we do, even if the building is a bit drafty during the monsoon season.
