We are located in Mazgaon, specifically in the Shamji Morarji Building on Champsi Bhimji Road. Our office is on the first floor, in the B 23 section of Plot No 18 A & B. Mazgaon is one of those parts of Mumbai that feels like it has a lot of history. The streets are a bit narrow and the buildings have been there for a long time. Brviom Properties is where we spend our time working on property deals and management. Champsiwadi is a busy little pocket. The office isn't fancy at all. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of paper folders everywhere. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in documents, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a good way to see what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't have a big staff, just enough people to keep things running. The air in the building is usually a bit still, so we keep the windows open when we can. Dealing with property in an old area like Mazgaon means you run into a lot of unique situations. We just take them as they come. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local fabric here. If you come by, we might be in the middle of a loud discussion or just quietly working away.
