Brite Events

We’ve been based here in Byculla for a while now. Mumbai is a busy place, and being right in the middle of Byculla means things are always moving fast. Brite Events started out because some of us just liked putting things together for family functions, and then people started asking if we could do it for their friends too. It’s not a big fancy office or anything, just a spot where we keep our gear and meet up to plan out the next job. Sometimes we’re working late into the night because that’s just how the event business goes in this city. We handle different kinds of gatherings, nothing too crazy but enough to keep us on our toes. You’ll usually find one of us running around the neighborhood or checking on stuff near the station. It’s hard work, mostly physical stuff like moving tables or fixing lights, but we’re used to it by now. The name came about because we wanted something easy to remember, nothing too deep. Most days it’s just about making sure the chairs are straight and the speakers actually work. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing; word of mouth has been okay for us so far. It’s a small team, mostly local guys who know the area well. We’ve seen a lot of change in Byculla over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just show up, do the job, and go home.
