Brio Desi Cafe(Shoppersstop Ltd)

You’ll find us in Jawahar Nagar, over in Khar East. We are located in K.P. Sharma Chawl, which is right near the municipal school. It’s a very local neighborhood, with narrow lanes and lots of people moving about. Since we’re part of Shoppersstop Ltd, you might expect a big store, but this cafe spot is very much a part of the local community. The school kids are always running around outside, and there’s a lot of noise during the day. We serve coffee and food, and it’s usually quite a mix of people coming in. Some are just passing through, others live right next door. The space is small and can get a bit cramped when it’s busy, but that’s just how it is in Khar. We don't have fancy furniture, just stuff that works and is easy to clean. The kitchen is always busy, and you can smell the food cooking from the street. We deal with all sorts of things, from fixing the coffee machine to making sure the milk delivery arrives on time. It’s a very hands-on job for all of us. We aren't trying to be a five-star place, just a decent spot for a drink and a bite. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know the neighborhood well. It’s a bit of a squeeze, but we make it work every day.
