You can find us at D-601 in the Vesava Magela MSS society, right on the Juhu Versova New Link Road. BRICK GOLD CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based in a residential complex in Andheri West, which is a very active part of Mumbai. Our office is essentially a converted apartment, so it has a very personal and lived-in feel to it. There’s always the sound of traffic from the Link Road downstairs, but inside we’re usually focused on our project schedules and budgets. We don’t have a corporate office with a fancy nameplate. It’s just a place where we get together to figure out the next steps for our construction sites. The kitchen area serves as our break room, and the main living space is where most of the desks are. It gets a bit crowded when the whole team is in, especially when we have visitors from the sites, but we make it work. Andheri West is a great place to be because everything is so accessible. We spend a lot of time on our phones and laptops, keeping track of materials and workers across the city. There isn't any polished marketing talk here; we just talk about what’s going on at the sites and what needs fixing. It’s a real, hardworking environment where we focus on the task at hand and getting things done properly. We appreciate the direct way of doing things without any unnecessary overhead.
