BRAVE QUEEN VICTOR PROPERTIES AND INFRASTRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is on the 2nd floor of Ridhi Sidhi CHS in Charkop. We are in Sector 1 of Kandivali West. It is a residential area so it stays pretty busy with people coming and going. Room 204 is where we spend most of our day. We deal with properties and infrastructure projects around Mumbai. It is not always easy work because the rules change and there is so much paperwork. We do not have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. It is just an office where we sit and talk about real estate. We like being in Charkop because it is a good community. We have been working on these infrastructure ideas for quite some time now. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask about property prices or new buildings. We try to give them honest answers based on what we see happening. The crew here is small. We do not have hundreds of employees. We just focus on what we know which is the local land and buildings. Sometimes the monsoon makes getting to Kandivali a real struggle but the work does not stop. We have deep roots in this part of the city. We are just local people doing business in our own area. There is no corporate polish here. We just handle the property stuff as it comes to us. Working here provides a decent living and it keeps us busy every day. The elevators in Ridhi Sidhi can be slow in the mornings but we have learned to be patient.
