We work out of number 21, Lunkand Queens Land. This is in Borivali, quite close to the New MHB Colony. It’s a decent area where we’ve been doing development work for a long time. Our office is a simple place where we keep our building plans and some samples of materials. It’s usually a bit messy because we are always coming and going from construction sites. Borivali is a busy suburb, and being near the MHB Colony means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential growth. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, looking over some drawings or talking on the phone with a contractor. It’s a hands-on job. We spend a lot of time making sure the foundations are right and the walls are straight. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. Most of the people we work with are locals who have seen our previous projects. We’ve lived around here for years, so we understand what people in Borivali are looking for in a home. It’s not about being the biggest developer, just about doing the work properly. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or a late delivery, but we just keep pushing through until the job is finished.
