Veejay Homes

We run Veejay Homes out of an apartment, which is B/307 in the Sai Kiran Apartment building. We are located near the Pune Nagar Road in Ubale Nagar. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business since it's a residential building, but it works well for us. It keeps things quiet and private. Being in the Borivali West area means we are in a spot that a lot of people are moving to lately. We don't have a storefront or a big office sign. Most people just call us or we meet them at the properties they want to see. When we are at the apartment, we are usually catching up on paperwork or planning our next moves. It’s a small, family-style operation. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It’s just us working out of a room in the apartment. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello. We try to keep things very casual and easy-going. We’ve been focusing on homes in this specific stretch of the Pune Nagar Road for a while. We know the different buildings and the layouts pretty well. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful to anyone who reaches out. If you’re looking for the Sai Kiran building, it’s fairly easy to spot from the main road. We are usually in and out throughout the day and the weeks as the work requires.
