Peace Homes

If you know Borivali West, you probably know where Garodia Nagar is. Peace Homes is located right near the Silver Coin Restaurant, which is a pretty easy landmark for anyone trying to find us at number 6. It’s a lively spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for dinner. Our office is fairly simple. We don't go in for those big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down and talk to people about where they might want to live. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times we have three people talking at once. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. The traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, so we usually tell people to come by a bit earlier or later if they can. We handle the usual stuff you’d expect from a place called Peace Homes. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is right and that people are happy with what they're looking at. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just working every day in this corner of Mumbai. There's a lot of noise outside from the street vendors and cars, but inside it’s okay. We keep some files, a couple of computers, and enough chairs for whoever stops by. That’s pretty much the whole story of us at Garodia Nagar. We just try to keep things moving along and stay busy with the local housing.
