Borivali Tours & Travels

Our office is tucked away in Laxmi Niwas, which is right at number 7 in Borivali West. If you know where the Gokul Hotel is, we are just across from that, and the Herp Dmc Heart Institute is also right there, so it’s a pretty easy landmark to find. We’ve been running Borivali Tours & Travels from this spot for a good while. It’s a simple room with a few chairs for people to sit while we look up travel dates or check on car rentals. The street outside is usually full of traffic, so it’s actually a bit of a relief to step inside. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the usual calendars and a few stacks of brochures that have been there a bit too long. Most of the work is done on the phone or the computer anyway. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer ones too. It’s mostly just us working through the bookings and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Sometimes we stay late when there are a lot of departures to manage. It’s a decent place to work, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint soon. We know most of the shop owners around here. It feels like a real neighborhood spot. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come in. The Gokul Hotel is a good place to tell people to look for when they are lost. We have a small fridge for water.
