Our office is in the Prabhadevi Industrial Estate, specifically at 303 and 402 on Veer Savarkar Marg. Being in Dadar West means it is always incredibly busy outside. We are very close to the Kohinoor Hotel and right across from the Siddhivinayak Mandir, so there are always crowds of people and devotees walking by. You can hear the bells from the temple sometimes if the traffic settles down, which isn't very often. The building itself is an older industrial style with a lift that takes its time getting to the third or fourth floor. We have split our operations between the two rooms, so we are constantly running up and down the stairs to check on things. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and files we have accumulated over the years. The humidity in Mumbai really hits the office hard, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and it's the most popular spot in the place. It is a tight space for the amount of work we handle, but being in this part of Dadar is convenient for everyone. We see the same tea seller every morning outside the gate and the whole area has a very specific energy that you only get in this part of the city. We just try to stay organized amidst all the local chaos.
