Vikhroli West is where we are, right in Hindustan K. It’s a busy spot near the 1st Main and 2nd Cross. Our office numbers are 101 and 102, so we have a bit of space. Most days start with checking emails and seeing who needs to go where. Travel is a lot of details. You’ve got to get the dates right and make sure the names match the IDs. It gets loud in here when the phones start ringing all at once. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. We handle a lot of different things, from quick trips to longer tours that take a while to plan. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, looking at screens, and talking to people who want to get away for a bit. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that. Just the usual office stuff, files everywhere, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the afternoon. We’ve been in this building for some time now. People walk by on the street and sometimes pop in to ask about ticket prices. It’s a normal job, really. We just try to get the bookings done without any mistakes. Sometimes things change last minute and we have to fix the itinerary. That’s just how it goes in this business. We stay until the work is finished, usually late if there’s a big group leaving soon. It’s alright.
